The Perfect Ankle Boot

In the search of a pair of ankle boots, I walked up and down Fifth Avenue in hopes the shoe gods would come to my rescue.

Just as I was beginning to lose hope, it was as though my prayers had been answered. Right beside me displayed in a Zara store window was exactly what I had been searching for.

The camel tan suede two-inch booties detailed with a gold zipper were calling my name. I rushed into the store and grabbed the last size six available. Eighty dollars later, I was a proud owner of the perfect pair of booties.

Marni for H&M

If you haven’t already heard, the anticipated Marni for H & M line is expected to hit select stores March 8th, 2012.

After getting a good look at the complete collection, I am really digging the daring colors and eccentric geometric prints. The vertical and sphere-like patterns demonstrated throughout her collection encompass an interesting twist to the typical legging.

The incorporation of assorted patterns in her designs truly gives a high-end feel to the reasonable double digit priced clothing.

Manolo Blahnik for J. Crew 2012

I am pleased to announce J. Crew and Manolo Blahnik will be collaborating on a shoe line. Although no prices have been set, it is estimated the designer affiliated heels will range from $595- $695 (what a steal). 

So ladies, start saving that cash flow until the official release date is set. I don’t know about you, but I can't wait to get my hands on a pair of these babies!
